SPRY AF (Always Fabulous)
It’s funny how a lot of seniors are treated like children. Servers will say, “Hi sweetie, what would you like today”? Talking down to you like you don’t understand things. That being a spry old lady is “cute”.
Let’s fight that impression.  Let’s turn the idea of cute spry seniors on its head!  We are not cute. We are not “spry”! We are SPRY AF! We are not naive, clueless people. Our bodies have changed, but we’re who we’ve always been! Fun and serious, silly or intellectual, tireless even when tired, meeting challenges with determination and committed to living the best life possible, however we define it.
