I’ve been a sought-after software instructor for years. I started out working at New Horizons in the late 90’s and moved on to be a trainer, coach and SME (Subject Matter Expert) at Ernst & Young, LLP. I’ve done contract training for the likes of Pepsico, The American Bar Association, and Chicago City Colleges to name a few. I’ve taught everything from Microsoft Office to HTML and basic web development.
