Our bodies may have changed, but we are who we\u2019ve always been!\u00a0 Fun and serious, goofy and intellectual, meeting challenges with determination and committed to living our best lives, no matter how that may look.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

SPRY<\/b><\/span><\/span> is not giving in or giving up.\u00a0 It\u2019s not feeling helpless in the face of aging.\u00a0 It\u2019s embracing our natural curiosity and getting out there doing and learning new things.\u00a0It\u2019s being unafraid to try to make friends or to be alone, but not lonely.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

SPRY<\/b><\/span><\/span> is embracing the things that make us\u00a0who we are:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

-Dancing our asses<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>off to a live band<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

-Singing at the top of our lungs when we hear our favorite songs<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

-Watching cartoons on TV<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

-Being entrepreneurs and mentors<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

-Being bold and creative<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

-Pushing ourselves to do things that make us uncomfortable<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

-Being who we are at the core of our spirit and intrinsic nature.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

That\u2019s what makes us <\/span>SPRY<\/b><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
